    Abstract: 本計畫首先將自行設計,研製一套3D 掃瞄量測系統,來量測在使用中之風機系統葉片,獲得葉片3D尺寸,分析其翼剖面所構成葉片之效益與精準度,並提升現有的數學模式,提升風機系統效益。
    利用最小平方和法求取其間之實体差異,作為改進量測糸統之精度,進而提升其性能並降低未來3D 實體量測系統成本使之進入產業界更有吸引力。依設計須求自製一長行程線性量測平台,其組件包括:3.0 米X 軸移動台、光學尺、3D 取像探頭、探頭支撐架、PID 控制器、及無刷直流馬達等共六項次糸統。本量測系統特色為: 設計可量 0.5 米至3.米複材或特殊材貭之多曲度葉片、創新之控制PID 光機电整合控制介面、以簡易之無刷直流馬達透過軟体以省电式晶片控制各項介面信號、利用NI 影像擷取卡作影像斷點補償、配合線雷射光投影之非接觸式影像探頭等。葉片實際之3D 實體,利用雷射影像掃瞄探頭將取得之影像透過雙峰二值法及細線化技術得到葉片各截面的曲線,並由座標映對法轉換成3D 空間之資料,再利用曲面擬合法重建葉片之三維資料,在作葉片電腦切剖面,可透過空氣動力之技巧,以獲得所需之風力性能數據,以求取葉片最佳性能,為最終目的。

    The project goal is to develop a 3D Scanning Measurement system (SMS) to scan and measure the profile of a wind turbine blade. Using the data from measurement to: (1) analyze the accuracy and efficiency of wind turbine blade, (2 )get the variance and standard deviation between the database and the shape model of the blade to improve the accuracy of SMS, Not only can the SMS performance be improved the performance of SDSWN but also the system cost can be down so as to attract the commercial competitiveness in the future. SMS included: (1) a 3.0meter X-axis moving platform, (2) a linear scale, (3) a 3D scanning head, (4) a head supporting frame, (5) a PID controller and (6) a ruthless DC motor. We are one year to establish the whole system with meaning; a nay is all applicant, successfully.
