    Abstract: 舞蹈專業教師是舞蹈學習者最主要的心中偶像,教師流露出的各種認知、信念,對學生的影響最為直接(呂藝生,2000)。所以教師有目的得在舞蹈課程中,指導學生各種專業認知與知識,訓練方式是否完整和恰當,對於學生成就的影響有著直接的關係。因此,唯有依靠教師本身的深思熟慮和所秉持的教學信念,才能在教學中做最適切的判斷與選擇,進而影響其教學的成效。
    本研究旨在針對中國民族舞蹈教師教學信念之研究,以上榕舞蹈補習班中國民族舞蹈教師為研究對象,採質性研究法,透由訪談法、課堂觀察、資料蒐集、資料分析法進反思、分析、歸納,並配合攝錄影機和錄音機等工具來輔助資料的完整性。
    主要之結果如下:
    一、教師具有效能之教學信念。
    二、教師具備認知、情意、技能領域的教學信念。
    三、以學習者的進步狀況與學習過程的養成來作為學習評量。
    四、教師有效指引學生進入學習階段,提供學生充足的學習機會。
    五、影響上榕舞蹈補習班中國民族舞蹈教師教學信念之因素包括教學經驗的累積、啟蒙教師、學生、家長等因素。
    六、中華民族舞蹈比賽對教師教學信念具有正面之影響。
    最後,期盼透過研究結果可提供舞蹈教育者與相關研究單位之參考,令未來的藝術教學能確實推廣與落實。並根據上述結果對中國民族舞蹈教師相關教育工作者和中華民族舞蹈比賽提出建議。

    A professional dancing master is a major idol of dancing learners. The teachers’ cognition and convictions affect students very much.(Yi-Sheng Lu,2000)Teaching students to understand variety professional knowledge and proper training methods in classes play an important role on the students’ future performance. Therefore, the teacher will make the most proper decisions and choices only through the careful consideration and teaching faith in order to affect teaching results.
    The main ideal of this research is the teaching convictions of dancing masters of traditional Chinese folk dance. The study subject is the dancing masters in Dance tutorial. First, we use character analysis. Then, through interviewing、after class observations、data collection and data analysis, we can analyze this information and generalize conclusions. Finally, we use many tools such as video camera and recorder to make our data more complete.
    The main results are
    1. Efficient teaching convictions of teachers.
    2. The teaching convictions of cognitions、sentiment and skills that the teachers have.
    3. Take the states of progress and learning processes of learners as learning evaluations.
    4. The teachers will guide the students to learn and provide the opportunity to students.
    5. The factor of affecting the teaching convictions of dancing masters of traditional Chinese folk dance in Dance tutorial includes teaching experiments、abecedarians、students、 parents and etc.
    6. The effect of traditional Chinese folk dance competition on teaching convictions of teachers.
    Last but not the least, we hope that we can provide the results of this research to educationists and relevant agencies in order to implement and popularize the art-teaching in the future. Besides, according to the results of this study, we can also give some suggestions to traditional Chinese folk dance competitions and dancing masters of traditional Chinese folk dance.
