The wide use of the Internet has created various business models. Among these business models, online shopping is a strong new trend. However, the risk issues should be noting to avoid the additional costs, while enterprises try to take advantage from online shopping.
The studies of online shopping and related technologies are mostly limited to the risk of customers’ perceptions. In this study, the shopping behaviors of consumers are analyzed by data mining technologies. We use the chi-square test, independent sample t-test and decision tree as research methods, and then establish a forecast transaction risk model. With this model, the risk management strategies can be developed, and references to other online shopping to retailers can be used.
