近年來網路的發展已逐漸進入到網路社群時代,許多企業徵才雖然多半採用網路人力銀行的服務進行人才招募,然而企業主管在尋找專業軟體開發人才時,卻經常遇到不容易找到適合企業需求的專業軟體人才。因此,本研究將探討企業IT主管在選擇專業軟體人才時,是否會加入社群的經驗,以及找出評選人才的重要因素,並依這些重要的因素建立軟體專業人才評估模式,以協助選才之參考。
主要的研究流程為先蒐集相關文獻,然後進行專家訪談彙整軟體人才職能評估指標,再利用AHP層級分析法,建構專業軟體人才層級架構及評估指標,最後再經由專家評估,計算各層級構面與評估指標的權重,以建立企業選擇專業軟體人才的評估模式。
研究結果顯示企業IT主管在選才時並不重視網路社群之影響力,而是最重視團隊合作及人格特質;此研究結果及專業軟體人才評選模式可供企業主管聘選專業軟體人才時參考。
The development of the Networking has gradually entered the era of internet community. Although many enterprises used to use online Human Resource Agency to recruit the people, however, those enterprise manager found that when they are looking for the professional software engineer, it is not that easy to find the right person to fit enterprise needed. Therefore, this research will exploration about when IT manager is selecting the professional software engineer, whether will they refer the society network experience as an important factors when they select the people, and base on those reason to establish the assessment mode for further people selection reference.
Major research processes in this paper are listed as below:
1. To collect the relevant literatures and interview the expert for consolidate the development of professional software people career functions assessment.
2. By using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to construct the hierarchical structure of professional software people and the assessment index.
3. Finally through those expert assessments to calculated all levels dimensions, weighting of the assessment index to establish the enterprises in selecting for software developers evaluation mode.
This research shows that enterprise IT managers will not emphasis on the influence of network community but on team work collaboration and people personalities when they selecting the people. Therefore, the research result and the human assessment mode can provide IT manager as a reference when they selecting the professional software people.
