    Abstract: 本研究旨在瞭解H大學運用RFID身份辨識功能委外開發之數位資料輸出系統,師生使用及其滿意度之現況研究。為逹研究目的,本研究以問卷方式,對H大學師生進行調查。計發出問卷300份,去除無效問卷沒填寫完成者11份,回收之有效問卷為289份,有效問卷回收率96%。所得資料以次數分配表與百分比,並利用獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數、卡方檢定等方法進行資料統計分析。獲得以下研究結論:
    1.不同年級的學生在「數位資料輸出系統」滿意度的三個面向均未達顯著差異。
    2.不同院別的師生在「數位資料輸出系統」滿意度的三個面向均未達顯著差異。
    3.不同使用頻率在「數位資料輸出系統」滿意度的「文件取得」、「系統擺設及設備」及「系統界面及功能」三個面向除對設備的整體妥善率滿意度題項外均達顯著差異。
    4.不同的使用時段僅在「系統擺設及設備」的面向對設備故障排除速度滿意度達顯著差異。
    5.不同的使用地點在「文件取得」、「系統擺設及設備」及「系統界面及功能」滿意度三個面向並無顯著差異。

    The research aims to understand H University teachers' and students' level of satis-faction with the use of RFID identity recognition capabilities through the use of the “Digital Information Output System”. To achieve the purpose of the research, a survey questionnaire was carried out with teachers and students of H University. A total of 300 questionnaires were issued, out of which 11 were disqualified due to incompleteness. Hence 289 questionnaires were qualified for research use in the survey, thereby the per-centage of recovery rate amongst questionnaires issued was 96%. All collected data was reorganized into frequency allocation tables and percentages, and using independent sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and Chi-squared distribution for statistical analysis, led to the following conclusion:
    1. On average, there were no significant differences in satisfaction between stu-dents of different grades in the three aspects of the “Digital Information Output System”.
    2. On average, there were no significant differences in satisfaction between teach-ers and students of different colleges in the three aspects of the “Digital Informa-tion Output System”.
    3. Except for the Equipment’s overall proper usage, there are significant differences between frequency of use in satisfaction levels in the three aspects – “File Re-trieval,” "System and Equipment Layout, " and “System Interface and Func-tion” – of the “Digital Information Output System.”
    4. For different usage times, there are significant differences in satisfaction levels for the speed of equipment troubleshooting in the aspect of "System and Equip-ment Layout ."
    5. For different user locations, there were no differences in the satisfaction levels of the three aspects “File Retrieval,” "System and Equipment Layout, " and “Sys-tem Interface and Function”.
