    Title: 陽明山溫泉旅館遊客之旅遊需求分析

    Abstract: 本研究主要以陽明山溫泉區之溫泉旅館遊客為研究對象,探討其遊客到訪動機、滿意度、重遊意願及需求函數,探討不同社經背景之遊客對溫泉旅館的需求。本研究藉由問卷調查蒐集資料,以陽明山溫泉區三大溫泉旅館之遊客為主要研究對象,有效樣本436份,使用敘述性統計分析、因素分析、信度分析、單因子變異數分析、OLS分析、Tobit分析、Poisson分析、Negative Binomial分析等統計分法進行分析。
    研究結果發現:1﹑部分的社經背景因素以及消費特質因素對動機、滿意度及重遊意願有顯著影響。2﹑透過遊客對陽明山溫泉旅館的需求分析,旅遊需求數量受到每次每人消費金額(自身價格)的影響,三家分析的旅館同為陽明山區域內重要溫泉旅館,不具明顯替代或互補性關係。3﹑一般而言,到訪溫泉會館會因紓解放鬆的需求,環境品質與實體設備的良丕影響,重遊意願高的旅客需求也會較大,家庭月收入以Negative Binomial方法估計並無明顯影響,倒是居住北部地區以及同遊人數較多以及停留時間較短的遊客有較高的需求。4﹑本研究同時發現遊客到這三家陽明山溫泉旅館具凡勃倫效應。業者可針對以上研究結果擬訂經營策略,以及行銷方案。

    This study is to explore the demand of Yangmingshan Hot Springs hotels by investigating consumer motivation, satisfaction, revisiting intention and demand functions. The data of this study is collected by survey in three main hotspring hotels in the study area. 500 visitors were intercepted on site, among which 436 complete the questionnaires. The statistic methods sed in analysis in dude descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, single factor analysis of variance and OLS demand regression by techniques of Tobit, Poisson, Negative Binomial.
    The results showed that: 1. Parts of the socio-economic background factors and consumer characteristics factors have significant effect on motivation, satisfaction, and revisiting willingness. 2. Evidenced by demand function analysis, the three main hotspring hotels have no significant substitutive and complementary relationships. Revisiting intention increases the demand and family income is estimated as an insignificant factor to the demand. People live in northern Taiwan tend to have higher visiting frequency. Visitors with bigger travel group and shorter stay time tend to have higher visiting frequency. 3. The visitors come due to relaxing from every day life burdens, enjoying the high environmental quality and the excellent equipments of the hotels. The revisiting intention is high. 4. The study also observe a Veblen effect exists in the three luxury hot spring hotels in Yangmingshan. Policy implementations are also made.
