本研究是分析集團企業策略規劃時程序正義的有效維持與知識分享成效的關係,並探討文化距離、行政/管理距離、地理距離及經濟距離四個變項對上述關係所產生的干擾效果。研究資料顯示,集團企業策略規劃時,子公司高階主管對程序正義的認知,對其執行意願是一項有效的激勵措施,子公司高階主管會有較高的組織承諾,較信任管理總部,雙邊的組織互動也較和諧;研究發現子公司距離的不同對程序正義與策略執行的績效會有不同的干擾效果;本研究將程序正義的內涵分為「過程控制」及「群體關係」兩部份,研究資料顯示,文化距離、行政/管理距離、地理距離及經濟距離的不同對程序正義內涵認知所產生的差異對知識分享成效會有不同的影響。
The purpose of this research is to explore the impact of process fairness on business groups ability to conceive and execute effective worldwide strategies. In the meantime, the moderate effect of culture distance, administrative distance, geographic distance and economics distance is discussed. The result of this research provided strong support that the exercise of procedural justice will be significantly augment subsidiary compliance with business groups strategic decision. When subsidiary top manager believe that their business groups strategy making process is governed by principles of procedural justice, they develop a feeling that their unit was fairly treated in the decision process. Thereby, it brings about the improved implementation of business groups strategies.
