Abstract:	在台灣跨國醫療生技產業，除了受到整體健保環境的影響，同時也因研發能力及技術侷限，始終處於戰戰兢兢的狀態，然而該產業的發展，唯有藉助不斷的研發及技術能力的提升，賦予產品不斷的創新，方得取得較高的產品價值。綜觀台灣生技醫療產業，具有高精密高科技之器材或藥品，多數仰賴跨國公司經營，同時這些跨國企業亦希望能在本土尋求最適當的通路商，然而抉擇基礎是由許多因子判斷，本研究希望藉由統計ANP法，及透過專家訪談及問卷方式，將通路商選擇因子予以歸類並探討。個人由於根基於我國生技醫療產業已逾二十多年，因此實務面上已累積許多見解，但仍然希望透過更科學的方式，集合該產業專業高階經理人之意見，剖析跨國生技醫療產業選擇通路商之關鍵因子，也希望透過該研究有助業界經營參考價值外，亦希望政府有力的支援能夠再振興生技醫療產業在本土的發展。 The Multinational medical biotechnology industry in Taiwan was affected by the overall government health care resources and directions. In addition, these industries in Taiwan are severely constraints by capabilities and technology in research and development simply because of huge barrier inherited in the medical biotechnology industry in Taiwan. Situation can only be improves by accelerating the improvement in R&D capabilities as well as innovative products offers. To clear see the overall picture of how the medical biotechnology industry operates in Taiwan, most of the state- of- the-art medical supplies or drug were manufactured by multinational company due to heavy resources needed, in another word; they would like to find the appropriate distribution channel to represents their business in Taiwan in order to turns their investments into success. The ways or evaluation criteria in term of how they selects the most appropriate representations would accord to some key factors. In this study, will use ANP method and interview of several Chief executive officer, or managers to find the key factors for discussion. Owing to the accumulation of 20 plus years of experience in running a company within medical biotechnology industry, I can truly validated the “crucial “thoughts’’ process in running the company ,and keep its survived with healthy leverage. However, counting on practical is important but that would not be sufficient without scientific proof. In this study, I have also included the valuables view of a few experts in the similar industry. The successful finding of this research could possibly add values by assisting more companies to think how they can survive, and how much value they have in the country of Taiwan; As a result, Taiwan government would invest more resources to accelerate and improves the development on medical biotechnology.
