Abstract:	全球化給企業帶來極大的發展機會，同時也蘊藏著風險和挑戰。對跨國企業全球物流活動的有效管理必定會成為企業全球經營能否成功的關鍵因素之一。產品和服務範圍的增加，產品生命周期越來越短，全球市場的成長和全球供銷渠道大量增加都導致了全球物流活動會更加複雜，從而要求企業對全球供應鏈的物流活動進行管理協調和控制。以社會交換理論架構，以問卷調查方或，同時採用供應商與客戶的雙邊調查資料，驗證供應鏈績效中供應商與客戶間「關係管理」影響的程度對這個供應鏈體系關係的存續是否有正面影響。 Globalization bring great opportunities for development, but also bears the risks and challenges. Effective management of the multinational global logistics activities will certainly become one of the key to the success factors of corporate global operations. Increase in the range of products and services, product life cycles are getting shorter, a significant increase in growth of the global market and global supply and marketing channels have led to a global logistics activities will be more complex, requiring coordination and control the global supply chain logistics activities . Theoretical framework of social exchange to the questionnaire survey party, at the same time using the suppliers and customers of bilateral survey data, verify the degree of between supply chain performance, supplier and customer "relationship management" impact of this supply chain system, the relationship between the retention or continued whether there a positive impact.
