    Abstract: 本研究主要目的在探討商管教育中,商管領域專業人才關鍵核心能力指標之建構;並期望藉此研究了解兩岸學術界關鍵核心能力指標間之落差,找出可提升學子赴大陸就業競爭能力之核心指標。據此,本研究之研究目的在透過文獻分析法與半結構式訪談建構商管領域專業人才之關鍵核心能力指標,探討兩岸學術界對於商管領域專業人才關鍵核心能力指標權重之看法。接著建立ANP專家問卷,對兩岸學者進行施測,將專家所填具完成之問卷內相關數據進行ANP法運算,分析結果找出相對重要性做為結論之依據,探討上述核心能力指標與未來商管專業工作型態(職別)之關係。
    This study aims to probe into the construction of core capability indicators of professional talents of business management in the related education, in order to recognize the gap between core capability indicators in Taiwan and Mainland China, and identify the core indicators to enhance the students’ capability to work in Mainland China. The research purposes are to establish core capability indicators of professional talents of business management by literature review and semi-structural interview, and probe into the views of Taiwan and Mainland China on the weights of the core capability indicators. ANP expert questionnaire was developed, and the survey was conducted on the scholars in Taiwan and Mainland China. The data collected from the questionnaires were analyzed by ANP computation, in order to determine the relative importance. The findings can serve as references for discussion on the relationship between the core capability indicators and future professional work style (positions) of business management.
