Abstract:	本研究主旨在探討金融風暴後台灣各金控公司在面對競爭激烈的趨勢下如何提升各自金控公司的經營績效。研究期間為2008年至2010年，以台灣14家金控公司為樣本，透過資料包絡分析法(DEA)進行實證分析建構台灣國內銀行產業投入與投出的分析模型，並從台灣經濟新報(TEJ)選取相關資料，分別以固定資產、用人費用、利息支出作為投入變數；以利息收入與非利息收入作為產出變數。最後根據實證分析結果績效較好的金控公司，可當作為各金控公司參考標準的對象，另一方面也可當作各銀行與各金控公司在未來經營效率提升之策略方針與提供政府政策擬定之參考。 This research aims to investigate how to improve management achievement financial holding companies of Taiwan after the financial crisis and face to compete closely trends. The study of 14 financial holding companies for samples through data envelopment analysis method (DEA) to conduct empirical analysis and construct the model of Taiwan's domestic banking industry analysis of the input and output from 2008 to 2010 in Taiwan. The imformation selected from Taiwan Economic Joural(TEJ). The fixed assets, personnel expenses, interest expense acted as input variables and in-terest income, non-interest income as output variable. Finally, according to the empirical analysis of financial holding companies with better results performance would be as the reference standard in each bank and financial holding companies. The better results performance of financial holding companies would be also as the banks in the operating efficiency of strategic direction in the future and provide the reference with government policy formulation.
