    Abstract: 論文摘要
    牛仔服飾已由傳統工作服之需求轉變為另類的休閒時尚,為因應牛仔風潮與市場之轉變,因應款式及牛仔風格的需求,洗水技術的變化與要求愈趨快速與專業,在產品研發階段即需考慮洗水製程所產生的破壞與特殊加工效果,以配合洗水製程達成設計師要求的整體牛仔風格符合市場趨勢。
    在牛仔布製程中,除了前處理工程是依據標準化的流程處理而會有不同的質感,但趨勢流行即視覺上的感受大多數是憑藉於後加工整理的洗水部份產生不同的效果,在本論文中會詳細列出不同的洗水方式與介紹。
    本研究欲探討洗水方式對Spandex/C混紡之牛仔布料其色彩變化與對布料物性之影響;探討洗水條件中溫度的控制與漂白水劑量在洗水製程中對於布料產生的變化,分為兩個部分,第一部分為顏色所產生之變化,再對織物進行色彩CIE*Lab之測試;第二個部分為探討洗水條件中溫度的控制與片鹼添加與否在洗水製程中對於布料強力所產生之變化,再對織物進行強力與耐磨性之測試,探討洗水製程條件的設定對於布料物性的影響性以及布料色彩的差異性與其應用。透過布種的整理歸納後,依照不同的洗水製程,進而得知不同溫度、化學藥劑等對於不同布種的影響性,藉由實驗數據將此類製程所需知識做量化的分析整理,進而修正洗水配方及技術趨向最佳化條件以利現場執行、後續應用及洗水資料庫之建立,提升技術並且擁有快速解決問題之能力。

    ABSTRACT
    Denim has been the leisure fashion because of the changes of traditional clothes in demand for alternative, in response to fashion of denim and react to the rapid demand in the market, the jeans washing of technological and requirements of the increasingly rapid and professional, and it gets to promote the textile mill to match the appearance of the jeans washing, it will consider the washing process and the special processing effects in the product development stage, to meet the washing processing requirements of the designer denim style in line with market trends.
    In the process of denim, in addition to the pre-treatment project is based on standardized processes to creative different texture, but most of the trend of popular visual feelings is by virtue in the washing process of finishing to make different results, there will be to introduce more detail about jeans washing in this paper.
    This study to investigate the effects of washing process on Spandex / cotton blended denim fiber, divided into two sections; first is temperature control in the washing process with bleach dose to effect the fabric color and CIE*Lab, second is that temperature control in the washing process with Sodium Hydroxide to add or not to effect the fabric tearing strength and abrasion resistance, for example Spandex/cotton blended fibers. Then explore the effect of fabric properties and application with different washing process conditions from the test of fabric tearing strength and abrasion resistance and application with different washing process conditions from the test of fabric CIE*Lab..
