    摘要: 本文透過文獻覽閱的方式,探討網球發球的動作流程,以作為設計網球發球漸進教學的依據,目的在於提高網球教學及學習的效果進而避免傷害的發生。本文依網球基本動作設計教學模式如下:一、空拍發球練習;二、拋球練習;三、抓球練習;四、肩上投球練習;五、拍面擊球感覺練習;六、收拍動作練習;七、全場底線練習。完成以上七種分解、漸進教學和練習,將有助於學生建構發球動作的流暢性,並增進發球的效率。
    This article depends on method, which references reviews to explore movement patterns of tennis services. There is a saying in tennis that you are only as good as your serve. If you always hold your serve in match play, the worst that can happen is that every set will go to a tiebreaker. And if you always hold your serve, with just one service break, you will win every set. All great players are able to win most of their service games. The ability to hold serve at higher levels of competition is usually what determines how far a player can progress competitively in the game.
    Unfortunately, at the recreational level, the opposite is often true-many players are only as bad as their serves. Unable to hold serve consistently, they are under continuous pressure to break serve just to stay even in match. Often they hit the first as they can.
    The teaching patterns design of tennis basic movements practice includes:
    1. Swing without ball, includes the ready position and racket drop practice.
    2. Tossing practice.
    3. "Catch the ball".
    4. Overhead throw.
    5. The feeing of contact point.
    6. The practice of finish position.
    7. Full court practice.
