    摘要: 三維雷射掃瞄技術在今日已發展成熟,不再受限於傳統的人工測繪、數位相機及數位錄影設備,透過三維雷射掃瞄儀(3D laser scanner-FARO photon),不論是在時間、精度和便利性均較前述傳統測繪方式優秀。三維雷射掃瞄技術絕大部份作業是在儀器的操作和電腦軟體應用上進行,說明書內容多偏向於教學步驟和成果顯示,在使用時仍會碰到許多操作上的困難和資訊不足等問題,對於初次使用者較難以上手,因此有必要建立起標準作業程序(SOP),以提昇數據蒐集與處理之效率。

    本研究測繪範圍位於台北市松山菸廠鍋爐房與機械修理廠,對建築外觀和室內空間進行掃瞄,利用三維掃瞄結合逆向工程技術,取得點雲數據資料,再透過後製應用軟體處理龐大的點雲資訊,建構台北市松山菸廠現況三維模型。探討從初期三維雷射掃瞄儀測繪過程到後期後製軟體應用和三維模型製作技術,並從中做建議、檢討;建立起標準作業程序。

    本文以FARO Photon 120三維雷射掃瞄系統建置松山菸廠鍋爐房與機械修理廠三維模型,測繪時間與傳統測繪差異在於三維雷射掃瞄儀可在短時間取得標的物完整資料,約為人工測繪之1/100,與數位相機及數位錄影設備之時間約略相等。掃瞄成果包括松山菸廠鍋爐房與機械修理廠建築外觀與室內空間點雲資料,並將最後取得的點雲資料製作成三維模型並與傳統人工測繪檔案資料進尺寸差異質比對分析。

    3D laser scanning technology is mature today, No longer restricted to traditional manual measurement, digital cameras and digital video equipment, the FARO photon 3D laser scanner, In Working hours, accuracy and convenience are better than the traditional measurement method. A lot of work of the 3D laser scanning technology in the operation of equipment and computer software applications. For the first time the user is hard to get started, it is necessary to establish standard operating procedures (SOP), in order to enhance data collection and processing efficiency.

    In this study, scanning range of the surveying and mapping is located in Taipei's Songshan Tobacco Factory boiler rooms and machine repair shop, scan the building exterior and interior space, utilizing 3D scanning combined with reverse engineering, made point cloud data, then through the system applications process large point cloud information, 3D model construction of Taipei's Songshan Tobacco Factory status. Discussion on 3D laser scanner mapping process, from the initial to the later 3D modeling software applications and technologies, and to make recommendations, reviews establish standard operating procedures

    In this thesis, the FARO Photon 120 3D laser scanning systems build 3D model of the Songshan Tobacco Factory, Mapping time and traditional differences of surveying and mapping 3D laser scanner can subject matter in a short time to obtain complete data, about artificial 1/100 of surveying and mapping, Roughly equal time with digital cameras and digital video equipment. The scan results included the Songshan Tobacco Factory boiler rooms and machinery repair factory building exterior and interior space point cloud data, and finally get the point cloud data into a 3D model and size differences with traditional manual mapping archival data into mass ratio analysis
