Abstract:	本研究旨在探討大台中地區課後照顧機構服務品質與家長安置動機之相關研究，以大台中地區課後照顧機構學童家長為研究母群，採分層隨機取樣方式進行調查，經回收有效問卷291份。研究使用「家長基本資料調查表」、「服務品質量表」、「安置動機量表」等工具，調查所得資料分別以「描述性統計」、「t考驗」、「單因子變異數分析」、「Pearson's 積差相關」及「逐步多元迴歸分析」等方法加以統計分析，研究結果摘要如下：壹、結論一、家長知覺課後照顧機構托育服務品質以「有形性」最為突出；家長知覺安置動機以「安全需求」最為突出。二、低社經地位背景的家長，對課後照顧機構的托育服務品質知覺較高。三、低社經地位背景的家長，對課後安置機構的安置動機知覺較高。四、課後照顧機構托育服務品質知覺愈佳則安置動機愈高。五、課後照顧機構托育服務品質對家長安置動機有顯著的預測力，其中以「反應性」最能預測安置動機。貳、建議一、建立優質環境設施，提高機構形象。二、架構安全教學環境，注重學童健康。三、培育專業師資，強化優質服務品質。四、確立市場需求，適切調整競爭策略。五、強化機構服務品質，增強社會形象。六、增強教職員敏感度，訂定合理收費。本研究並根據上述結果提出建議，以供課後照顧機構未來研究或輔導之實務建議。 The research is investigate the Correlation Study between the Service Quality of After-School care Centers and Parents’ Placement Motivation in Taichung. The objects of study are the parents of After-School Care Centers, there are 291 effective questionnaires. The questionnaire include “Basic Information”, “Service Quality”, and “Placement Motivation” the results are respectively with “Descriptive Statistics”, “T-test”, “one-way ANOVA”, “Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient” and “Stepwise regression” to count and analyze. Results are as follows: i. Conclustion 1.Hardware facilities is the primy of Service Quality and the Security is the most important of Placement Motivation. 2.The parents who have low-scoial experience background, have higher perception of placement motivation in after school care centers. 3.If the parents have better perception of after school care center’s service, they will have higher placement motivation. 4.The quality of day care service in after school care centers has conspicuous prediction of parent’s placement motivation. And the item of reaction can predict the placement motivation. ii. Suggestion 1.Provide good environment and facilities to raise centers’ image. 2.Construct learning environment’s safty to emphasize students health. 3.Cultivate professional teachers to strength high quality service. 4.Make sure the needs of market to adjust the competitive stratgies to proper. 5.Strengthen centers service quality to improve social image. 6.Improve teachers’ sensitive to set the standard of reasonable charge. According to the study results to give several suggestions, and hope this study and suggestions can be provided to the after school care centers for futher study or consult of practical use in the future.
