    Abstract: 二維空間的電子氣體系統於磁場中,其能階 為階梯式的Landau能階,此系統Landau能階間的激 發能態有Roton極小值的情形發生,經由非守恆性 散射光譜的研究,Roton極小值的結構可以在散射 光譜中顯示出來;但Roton極小值結構的顯示,必 須牽涉到在高導電性系統中動量守恆原理的被 強烈破壞,現階段沒有理論可解釋為何此種強 烈動量不守恆現象可以在高導電性的系統中發 生,吾人提出了一種理論去解釋動量不守恆如 何在散射光譜更為顯現,那就是激發能態彼此 之間的作用,使得雜質所引起的動量不守恆現 象,更為突出明顯強烈,經由此理論,吾人可以了 解散射光譜中,動量不守恆性如何隨著雜質數 量的多寡而改變.
