| 摘要: | 本研究旨在瞭解臺灣茶道發展與推廣及其現況，特以陸羽茶藝中心的茶道發展及推廣為例，做深入探討。除文獻探討外，本研究採質性的歷史研究法、訪談研究法，佐之參與觀察法，以搜集研究資料。研究結果發現陸羽茶藝中心的茶道發展及推廣的貢獻如下：
一、陸羽茶藝中心是當代茶道（藝）文化重要推動者，屬天仁與天福的關係企業，以推廣茶道文化為主要工作。早期免費教學推廣，考量安全、衛生原則，而改良傳統泡茶方法；闡揚多飲茶，益身心，將茶道文化推廣傳播，提昇臺灣飲茶人口。
二、陸羽茶藝中心茶具的研發，講求功能性、實用性、藝術性、時代性與創新，改善傳統壺具的缺點，提昇茗飲生活品質。
三、陸羽茶藝中心為臺灣茶道文化教育搖籃。自1983年起「陸羽」創立泡茶師檢定考試，建立茶道師資教育，肩負起臺灣茶道文化傳承重任，培養茶道文化永續發展潛力。天福集團自2003年起，以臺灣「陸羽」為藍本，在中國北京、上海、成都成立茶道教室，並於2007年在福建漳浦創立天福茶學院，參考臺灣「陸羽」茶道教學模式，建構亞太地區茶道文化發展的教育基地。
四、陸羽茶藝中心，自1990年研創無我茶會，讓茶會進行方式由室內走向戶外，更由臺灣走進世界舞台，建構起國際性茶道文化交流平台。
五、陸羽茶藝中心積極推廣茶道文化，出版品（如茶藝月刊等）記載當代茶文化發展歷程，透過泡茶師聯會、無我茶會定期舉辦茶席展、論文發表，提昇臺灣茶道學術研究水準。並推動產、官、學界合作，促進經濟、文化發展。
綜合上述，陸羽茶藝中心的茶道發展及推廣對臺灣貢獻至鉅，也就是說「陸羽」是臺灣茶道文化發展過程中一個重要的教育推動者，也是中華茶道文化積極的發揚者，其經由多樣的、創新的教學方式，促成今日臺灣茶道文化多元新風貌的蓬勃發展。歸結「陸羽」的茶道發展及推廣足以代表臺灣的茶道發展及推廣。依據本研究之發現與結論，對相關單位提出具體建議如下：
一、陸羽茶藝中心宜建構終生學習的茶道教學環境，持續培養茶道人才；提昇服務人員品質，並力求ｅ化，以永續茶道文化命脈。
二、陸羽茶藝中心宜主動積極配合傳統節慶、觀光文化事業，發展臺灣茶道文化新創意活動。
三、建議政府相關單位，將培育茶道文化人才列入技職教育體系，並建立培育茶道文化人才制度。
The objective of this study is to investigate the development and promotion as well as the current situation of Taiwan’s tea culture. In this study, we will use Lu-Yu Tea Culture Institute as our sample and study its effort in spreading tea culture at Taiwan. In addition to literature review, this study also takes qualitative historical research、interview、and observational studies to analyze and collect data. The result suggests the contribution of Lu-Yu Tea Culture Institute as following:
1. Lu-Yu Tea Culture Institute is the pioneer and leading school of tea culture. It has business partnership with Ten Ren Tea Inc. and Ten Fu group. The institute’s primary objective is tea promotion and development. At early developing stage, in order to increase tea popularity in Taiwan, Lu-Yu Tea Culture Institute improves conventional way of drinking tea and provides free promotional classes concerning topics like tea safety and tea manner.
2. Lu-Yu Tea Culture Institute also participates in innovating tea related ware. The innovation team focuses on efficiency making polished, handy, and artistic pot which remove flaws from traditional tea ware.
3. Lu-Yu Tea Culture Institute is the home to Taiwan’s tea culture. Since 1983, “Lu-Yu” establishes Tea Master Certification Exam, build professional tea instructor training programs and consider the spreading tea culture and nourish tea industry potential as its own duty. Since 2003, Ten Fu group use Taiwan Lu-Yu Tea Culture Institution as template and build tea school at Beijin, Shanghai, and Chengdu. At 2007, TianFu Tea institute was founded in Fujian Zhangpu which practices Taiwan Lu-Yu‘s teaching style. Lu-Yu aims to build Eastern Asia tea culture development association.
4. Since 1990 Lu-Yu Tea Culture Institute has innovated “Wu- Wo Tea Ceremony” which is a new and unique style of drinking manner. Wu-Wo Tea Ceremony proceeds from indoor to outdoor, it also helps Taiwan to connect with the World and establish an international friendly tea culture sharing channel.
5. Lu-Yu Tea Culture Institute has been taking initiative in promoting tea culture. It has monthly tea art magazine which records the development and history of tea culture. Through Tea Master Guild, regular Wu-Wo Tea Ceremony exhibition, and publications of tea related academic papers; Taiwan’s tea culture academic standing has improved gradually.
In conclusion, Lu-Yu Tea Culture Institute plays a significant role in Taiwan’s tea culture development and promotion. Lu-Yu is also the pioneer of Chinese Tea Culture. Through its various and innovative teaching style, Taiwan now has a diverse and prosperous tea friendly environment. According to this study, we give specific recommendations to related group:
1. Lu-Yu Tea Culture Institute creates congenial surroundings for people interested in tea culture. Continue to educate people who have passion in tea and attempt to spread tea culture via internet.
2. Lu-Yu Tea Culture Institute takes initiative in participating traditional festival, promoting tourism and combine tea culture into those activities and events.
3. This study suggests that Taiwan’s government may consider creating new educational faculty for tea culture and establish tea professional career. |
