| 摘要: | 有鑑於工作壓力與工作適應對組織之重要性，本研究欲針對大台中地區之美髮從業人員進行探討，瞭解大台中地區美髮從業人員目前所承受的工作壓力，以及其工作適應相關性。歸納研究結果作為改善美髮從業人員工作壓力，提高工作適應之參考。
本研究採用量化研究的方式進行。主要採用「問卷調查法」，並以大台中地區美髮從業人員為研究對象，以「便利取樣」的方式進行。預試樣本數為38人，有效問卷32份，正式施測樣本為382人，有效問卷288份。研究工具包括：「大台中地區美髮從業人員個人背景資料調查表」、「大台中地區美髮從業人員工作壓力量表」、「大台中地區美髮從業人員工作適應量表」等三項。所得資料分別以：次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、薛費事後檢定、皮爾森積差相關統計方法進行分析，結果顯示：
一、大台中地區美髮從業人員的「個人背景變項」之現況
受測者以女性居多，且最多年齡層為21~30歲，在未婚的人數比例較高，無子女數佔較多數，教育程度是以高中職(含)為主，工作年資以4~7年為多數，在職務以助理人數較多，工作天數為6天居多，工作時數為11小時以上較多數，健康狀況為普通教多數人，在工作類型以站走較多數，居住類型為家人同住，店家類型為連鎖為較多數，就讀美髮(容)相關科系較多數，美髮(容)證照為美髮丙級較多數。
二、大台中地區美髮從業人員的個人背景變項對「工作壓力」之差異
情形工作壓力會因不同個人背景變項之年齡、年資、職務、時數、健康狀況、工作類型、而有顯著差異。
三、大台中地區美髮從業人員的個人背景變項對「工作適應」之差異
情形工作壓力會因不同個人背景變項之天數、時數、健康狀況、居住類型、相關科系而有顯著差異。
四、大台中地區美髮從業人員的工作壓力與工作適應具有相關性
View of the importance of the working stress and adjustment of the organization, this study was to explore the hairdressers in the Taichung area to understand the correlation between their working stress and working adjustment. Summarize the findings will as a reference for reduce their work stress and improve adjustment.
This study used “Quantitative Research”, “Convenience Sampling" to analyze. The main used the questionnaire survey and the main research object were the Hairdressers of the Taichung area. The pilot sample was 38 persons, valid questionnaires were 32 pieces, officially testing sample is 382 persons and valid questionnaires were 288 pieces.
This research tools included "The Taichung hairdressers individual background information questionnaire", "Taichung area hairdressers working stress scale", "Taichung area hairdressers working adjustment scale" and so on three kinds.
The obtained database to analyze individually by: Frequency distribution, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Independent Sample T-test, One-Factor Analysis Of Variance, Scheffe post hoc test, Pearson product moment correlation and so on the statistical method for analysis.
1. The Taichung area of hairdressers "personal background variables" current status:
The characteristics of higher rates of subjects were women, approximately 21 to 30 years old, unmarried, no children, the level of education was high school (inclusive), working 4-7 years, the position was assistant, the number of working days was 6 days, working hours was More than 11 hours, health condition was normal, the type of work was stand and walk, living with families, the shop type was chain shop, studied hairdressing (cosmetic) related departments, hairdressing/cosmetic license was hairdressing Category C.
2. The personal background variables of the hairdressers of Taichung area. Regarding the difference case of working stress, since the different personal background variables on the age, seniority, working hours, health status, the type of work, and then there were significant differences.
3. The personal background variables of the hairdressers of Taichung area. Regarding the difference case of working adjustment, since the different personal background variables on the number of working days, working hours, health status, type of living, and related departments, and then there were significant differences.
4. The working stress and working adjustment of the hairdressers of Taichung area had correlation.
