This study use literature analysis, current status survey, and analysis of interviews. Comparing urban and non-urban planning and control features of the agricultural areas. Explore the differences between traditional cadastral maps and topographic survey on planning and control of land using. Put forward to improve the direction of management and the planning and control on reference strategies of the agricultural areas in the future. The study purposes involve, compare the traditional planning techniques and the Act regulates on urban and non-urban agricultural areas. Through the side of policy, Act and implementation to investigate the agricultural areas on relevant laws, the resources maintenance and management, also the delineated and technical problems in Tainan, and using the view of planning and control to summarize the issues and strategies.
This study is divided into three parts. First, collecting and organizing the relevant literature. Secondly, comparing the planning and regulatory in urban and non-urban agricultural area. By interviews in Tainan, combined with different basic data bring in control manner, and analysis. Explore the differences and reasons of the management of traditional data, the final recommendations of planning and control in agricultural areas should be principled.
In this study, the anticipated benefits are proper configuration the using pattern on resources of agricultural area in Tainan. Consider the effective development of the protection of agricultural area and non-agricultural industries. Effectively establish the resource using and management of supporting measures in agricultural areas. Contribute to reference the development direction of agricultural areas for the government in the future.
