本研究旨在探討台灣與其他三隊各項技術的發展水準。以參加2005年亞洲男子排球四強挑戰賽台灣站，韓國、日本、中國、台灣共計四隊參賽表現結果為研究對象。本研究以四隊之比賽所有場次之表現做為資料，以Microsoft Office Excel 2003統計軟體分析各項技術單局平均數之值以及執行成功率（成功數／執行總數），並運用標準差分析探討各隊伍之優勢與比賽成績間的關連程度。本研究結果發現影響比賽成績表現之高低順序為攻擊得分、對方失誤得分、攔網得分、發球得分。而中華隊除了在攻擊與接發球外，在攔網、發球、舉球以及防守方面，皆未達到平均值。對於中華隊而言，強化攻擊、攔網、發球以及防守等全方位攻防技術方面的訓練是當務之急，如此方能提升我國排球水準，獲得佳績。
The research is to make a thorough inquiry about the skill of level between Taiwan team and the other three teams. The object of this study include four teams, Korea, Japan, China and Taiwan, that participated in 2005 Asia Men's Challenge cup. Microsoft Office Excel 2003 is used as the operation software by this study. The matrix of this statistics is total grades of four teams in all games. The successful rate of each skill and the mean scores of each skill in a single game are calculated by the way of the comparison of different skills to score, and then the successful rate of each skill is compared with the mean scores in all games. This research shows what affect the performance of games the most to the least are attack, miss from the other, block, service. The Taiwan team reached the average on attack and service; however, their blocks, sets and digs did not get it. The most important thing for Taiwan team is that strengthen the ability of attack, block, service and dig. Having an overall training on all skills can really advance the level; therefore Taiwan team will get the chance to have better achievement.
