    Abstract: 本文係對本校保齡球代表隊即將參加由臺灣體育學院舉辦的93年大專運動會保齡球錦標賽中，代表隊所面臨的或可能發生的一些問題做預先的因應，並以管理學中的S.W.O.T.分析來分析球隊在現今與未來所須面對與因應的可能問題，在對內部的優勢、劣勢與對外的機會、威脅等因素來加以探討，以期本校之保齡球代表隊真的如預期般的在93年大專運動會再傳佳績。
