我國國家級射箭教練領導行為牽係著對於我國射箭運動的發長與成敗。本文藉由多位曾經擔任中華民國國家射箭代表隊之傑出教練的經驗，針對在「射箭教練的任務及價值觀」、「射箭教練的領導行為」、「射箭教練對團隊的管理及訓練」，做一整理及探討，期望未來對我國國家隊的教練在訓練或管理上有所助益。
The leadership of national coaches of archery in Taiwan plays a key role on the development and performance of archery in Taiwan. This article investigated some issues regarding their tasks and values; leadership behavior; team training and management of those nationally recognized outstanding archery coaches who were selected for this study. It is hoped that this article will help archery coaches in Taiwan for their training and management on the teams in the future.
