    Abstract: 本研究旨在討論柔道比賽戰略(strateay)與戰術(tactics)對柔道比賽之影響。戰略包含:情報的收集、降體重參賽與熟讀比賽規則;戰術包含:場地戰術運用、搶手戰術運用與教練場邊指導等對比賽之影響。綜觀以上所述,要贏得一場柔道比賽,除了教練平時嚴格的訓練外,長期的戰略體重的控制、情報收集、分析及比賽前針對同量級之特定對手,擬定戰術加以模擬練習,而短期的戰術則是針對不同類型的選手,就搶手練習及場地戰術運用加以模擬演練,將整體競技能力發揮到最佳狀態,方可達到「知己知彼、百戰百勝」的戰略目標。
    This study discusses the influences of strategy and tactics in the judo competition. Strategy includes the collection of information, weight control, interpretation and comprehension of the rules for optimal performance in the competition. Tactics includes contest-area tactics, judogi-grabing tactics and coach's guidance which are greatly influence the result of competition. win a Judo contest, a Judo competitor must have training hard conduct a long term weight control program collection of information, analysis of an under go imitative practice specific competitors in the same weight category In addition, for different types of competitors, short-term tactics is used to be mock for and judogi-grabing practice and contest-area tactics. To promote the whole competitive ability and reach the goal of "If you know the enemy and know yourself, the victory always belongs to you".
