    Abstract: 求助風水以求心安的思維方式初探



    摘 要
    本研究探討人們求詢於風水的經驗,並試圖了解求詢者是如何受到風水的幫助,從中探索求詢者求助風水後得到心安的思維方式與心理意義。藉由立意取樣,並採用質性研究中的半結構式深度訪談,共有一位風水師與十位求詢者接受訪談,藉由半結構式的深度訪談與質性的內容分析進行整理資料。

    本研究發現:
    1. 風水求詢者求助風水的動機為,一面對生活重大議題需要得到解決,二希望擺完風水能夠帶來好運氣進而得到利益,三是希望家庭順利建康平安,最後則是從風水那得到一些建議與提升自信心。
    2. 透過求助風水的運用,求詢者從過程中得到心靈上與情緒上的安定,並提升面對問題時的信心。
    3. 風水求詢者擺完風水經自我評估之後,如有感受到效果將會形成成功經驗。風水逐漸成為求詢者的一種信仰或社會集體的共識。
    4. 經風水詢者評估之後,如果沒有感受到效用,求詢者並不會因此質疑風水,會認為是自己或是風水老師的問題。
    5. 相信的信念是風水求詢者想從求助風水的過程求得心安或是實質的幫助的必要的條件之一。因為相信,使得擺風水求心安的效果更為明顯。
    6. 如求詢者本身對於風水有任何懷疑,風水將較難產生安心的效用。
    7. 只要風水求詢者願意相信並求助風水,雖然無法證明實際上的效用但可得到心理上的安定。

    Abstract
    The current study was designed to investigate the experience of Feng-Shui help-seekers and to understand how they were helped from Feng-Shui as well as the reasoning patterns of the peace of mind and the psychological meaning after seeking help from Feng-Shui. One Feng-Shui master and ten Feng-Shui help-seekers were interviewed using purposeful sampling and semi-structured in-depth interviews of the qualitative research. Data were analyzed utilizing content analyses after the semi-structured in-depth interviews.

    Results revealed that:
    1. The motives for Feng-Shui help-seekers were 1) the need for some advices to make decision and problem solving while facing a life-event. 2) the hope for good luck and wealth after setting Feng-Shui. 3) the wish for a healthy and happy family, or simply trying to seek for advice and self-confidence.
    2. Feng-Shui help-seekers would get spiritual and emotional comfort and more confidence through the use of Feng-Shui.
    3. If the results were positive through self-assessment after Feng-Shui setting, it would gradually become a type of religion or of collective sonsensus.
    4. If the result was ineffective or insignificant, the Feng-Shui help-seekers would not question about Feng-Shui theory but either themselves or the Feng-Shui master.
    5. The faith on Feng-Shui theory is one of the necessary conditions to obtain peace of mind or any substantial assistance.
    6. Results of the peace of mind from Feng-Shui would be harder to obtain if
    help-seekers were doubtful on Feng-Shui.
    7. As long as the Feng-Shui help-seekers were willing to believe, they could still obtain psychological stability and comfort from Feng-Shui without effective evidence.
