    題名: 部分皂化聚醋酸乙烯酯與澱粉合膠之製備及性質研究

    摘要: 本研究是利用部分皂化聚醋酸乙烯酯與天然高分子馬鈴薯澱粉,因兩者不易合膠,而加入天然高分子小麥澱粉合膠後進行研究。部分皂化聚醋酸乙烯酯先進行熱水浴溶解後,添加甘油,再與糊化澱粉進行摻合後製成平面膜乾燥,由於這兩種材料皆具生物可分解性,因此可探討分解材料前後硬度與生分解性。
    首先進行在相同甘油比例(4%)的塑化下,對部分皂化聚醋酸乙烯酯(8-14%) / 擬熱可塑性糊化澱粉(5-20%)合膠,其合膠不易均勻,而後在馬鈴薯澱粉中加入小麥澱粉。進行各項性質分析。加入小麥前,拉伸應力為非線性分佈,加入小麥後,拉伸應力呈線性分佈。FTIR與硬度分析測試在加入小麥前,圖形顯得不正常,加入小麥後,合膠結構上取得平衡。熱分析中,圖形中可發現,本研究之合膠仍存在著非完美的曲線。固定PVAc比,熱裂解溫度會隨澱粉比例上升而成正比。最後用PVAc12%與澱粉製成合膠,發現同樣與完全皂化PVA的生分解差異大,使用部分皂化PVAc不易成為生分解性塑膠之複合材料。

    This study is part of saponification of polyvinyl acetate and natural polymer potato starch, both difficult to co-glue, and join the natural polymer wheat starch co-glue research. The nature of the analysis. Join the wheat before the non-linear distribution of tensile stress by adding wheat, the tensile stress is linearly distributed. Thermal analysis, graphics can be found in this study co-gum, there are still non-perfect curve. Fixed PVAc, pyrolysis temperature rise in direct proportion with the starch proportion. Finally glue made PVAc12% and starch together, found the same with full saponification of PVA biodegradable differences, this study is to use part of saponification of PVAc not easily biodegradable plastics composites.
