Abstract:	本研究擬於1992年10月至1995年9月,調查陽明山地區之空中真菌孢子相.利用孢子收集器( Volumetric spore trap)和曝露培養基法,定期收集空中真菌孢子,加以培養、分離,並鑑定.以了解陽明山地區空中真菌孢子之種類數量,藉以分析年度內之週期性變化.將資料輸入電腦,同時建立陽明山地區真菌孢子的電腦影像資料庫,期能提供未來空中真菌孢子之鑑定及醫學上過敏原、哮喘、皮膚病之研究和鑑定參考用.保存分離之菌株,建立空中之真菌孢子曆(Spore calender),作為日後相關研究之用.
