    題名: 網路微型創業者使用網路資源之研究-對台灣相關案例的探討

    摘要: 微型網路創業者可以這樣形容只要有電腦能連上網路即可講自己的創新服務,提供給廣大的網路使用者,加之以目前電腦與網路的普及 ,網路創業這樣的小成本創業,對於充滿衝勁的創意人是個無限嚮往的行業,但是其低門檻,需技術與創新的服務,在整個創業環境中是一個高折損與極低成功率的行業,創業者憑藉著如何條件願意投入網路創業
    (一、)網路微型創業者投入創業各有因素
    投入創業的原因不一而足,研究者於問題設計之初,假想創業者是否由一些網路訊息追隨進而投入創業。其結果個人因素居多,但是國內的Inside網站、Mr.6、Mr.Jamie、數位時代、MMDay都是這些創業者於創業前會去追隨的資源,這些網路趨勢,新知皆影響著網路世代的創業者。而工作轉換與對預期薪資的落差以及對工作前景的不確定感則為另一個透過訪談得到的因素。

    (二、)網路微型創業者先期,對特定網站持續造訪
    網路創業者於創業前,對於創業資訊多有蒐集,透過持續造訪提供報導網路新知,知名網站提供服務,迅速爆紅的網路服務,以觀摩。並經由這些訊息中提及的網站或名人,追蹤其teitter或訂閱RSS以持續追蹤,如此一來便可由這些訊息集中網站,逐漸擴大接收訊息面。並持續對網路新資訊,創意網站保持注意其動態,另外也會注意國外創投訊息。

    (三、)網路創業者於創業期間於網路上資訊與資源掌握偏向相關產業
    受訪者因創業環境是網路,對於目前創業期間,所需資源除了資金與人員招募,皆由網路獲得,對於國內外網路資源、資訊有系統蒐集,一般會造訪的國外網站,則會透過大陸網站如36氪,透過其大量且快速的翻譯取得所訊息。創業後對於所相關的產業資源需求升高,一般為求深度與產業連結,多會經營對產業界進行互動,並將資源需求重心轉向相關產業,但從事網路遊戲開發的創業者,則表示其只會與技術團體做實體交誼,在技術上互相交流。

    (四、)網路上的資源限制
    雖然創業者普遍認同於網路上創業,所有資源就可來自於網路,但是目前資金融是難以在網路上取得,線上募資平台只有少數類別創業者可以使用。而人力資源在網路上也有其限制,可透過線上平台招募,或外包工作,但是屬於事業夥伴則需要較多人與人實際互動,新創公司對於人力市場而言因為價格偏低,有較大困難,透過面對面聯合招募較易招到新夥伴。

    (A) network micro-entrepreneurs invested entrepreneurs have their own factors
    Into business because numerous researchers in the beginning of the problem design, imaginary entrepreneurs whether by a number of network messages follow and then put into the venture. As a result, mostly personal factors, site of the Inside Mr.6, Mr.Jamie the digital age, MMDay all of these entrepreneurs have the resources to follow in the business before, these networks trends, new knowledge all affect the network generation entrepreneurs. The conversion of work and expected salary gap and the uncertainty of their job prospects compared with other factors to get through the interview.

    (B) network of micro-entrepreneurs in advance, to consistently visit a particular site
    Internet entrepreneurs in the business before, more entrepreneurial information to collect reports network new knowledge through continuing to visit the well-known websites to provide services, rapid bursts of network services, to observe. Via the website or celebrity mentioned in these messages, track its teitter or subscribe to RSS to keep track of this way can these messages focus on the site, gradually expanding receive messages surface. And continued to maintain attention to its dynamic network of new information, creative website, and also pay attention to foreign venture messages.

    (C) Internet entrepreneurs in the venture during the master bias related industries in the information and resources on the network
    Respondents because of the entrepreneurial environment is the network during the current venture, the resources required in addition to funding and personnel recruitment, chosen by the network access, network resources at home and abroad, information systems to collect, the general will visit foreign websites is through mainland websites such as 36 Krypton, through its large and rapid translation to obtain the message. Venture increased resource requirements for the relevant industry, generally for the sake of depth and industry links, and more will be operating on industry interaction and resource requirements for the shift to industry, but entrepreneurs engaged in online game development, said its only real friendship, and technology groups to communicate with each other technically.

    (D) network on the resource constraints
    Entrepreneurs generally recognized in the Internet venture, all the resources can come from the network, currently funded financial is difficult in the Internet, online fundraising platform only a few categories entrepreneurs can use. Human resources on the Internet also has its limitations, can be recruited through the online platform, or outsourcing the work, but belong to a business partner you need more people actually interact, new companies for the labor market because of low prices, there is greater difficulties, through face-to-face joint recruitment easier to recruit new partners.
