    摘要: 本研究為探討中國文化大學男子五人制足球隊運動員接受體重百分之十的負重震動訓練後,對下肢爆發力的影響。受試者共14名分成兩組,一組接受負重式震動訓練,一組為控制組,訓練期間為8週,訓練前後檢驗垂直跳、立定三級跳、30公尺快速跑、30公尺s形跑等4個測驗項目,並使用混合設計二因子變異數分析探討兩組在前後測間的差異。結果發現在垂直跳、立定三級跳、30公尺快速跑、30公尺s形跑等4個測驗項目中,實驗組與控制組間無顯著性差異,前測與後測無顯著性差異存在。顯示8周負重式震動訓練對於文化大學足球隊隊員的下肢爆發力並無顯著增進。
    The purpose of the study was to explore the effects of vibration training with the loading of 10% body weight on the power of lower limbs in soccer players of Chinese Culture University. Fourteen subjects were divided into 2 groups of the vibration training group and the control group. Pretests and Posttests were administered before and after the 8-week training sessions, and the tests included vertical jump, standing triple jump, 30 meter sprint, and 30 meter S figure run. Mixed-design two-way ANOVA was utilized to determine the differences of pretests and posttests between the two groups. No significant differences were found between the training and control groups over four kinds of tests; further, no significant differences were found between pretests and posttests. Results of the current study revealed that the 8-week vibration training with 10% body weight load would not improve the power of lower limbs for Chinese Culture University soccer players.
