運動特質性心理堅韌力與賽前狀態性焦慮對跆拳選手運動表現之影響

摘要:	目的：本研究旨在探討：一、跆拳選手的運動特質性心理堅韌力、賽前狀態性焦慮與運動表現之間的關係；二、運動特質性心理堅韌力與賽前狀態性焦慮對跆拳選手運動表現的預測情形。方法：以67位參加2008年奧運會培訓隊暨第18屆男子第11屆女子世界跆拳道錦標賽中華男、女代表隊選拔賽的選手為研究對象（男41人，女26人，年齡19.97±1.66歲，身高170.62±6.52公分，體重63.64±10.14公斤）。於賽前一個月的非比賽期間，先對受試者實施『特質運動心理堅韌性量表』的測試，再於賽前30分鐘實施『賽前狀態性焦慮量表』的測試。本研究所得之資料以SPSS 10.0套裝統計軟體，進行皮爾遜積差相關與迴歸分析。顯著水準訂為α=.05。結果：一、選手的『特質運動心理堅韌性』與『賽前狀態性焦慮』量表之間，僅「積極奮鬥」與「自信心」兩個分量表之間達統計顯著水準，其餘各分量表皆未達到顯著相關。二、『特質運動心理堅韌性』與『賽前狀態性焦慮』量表無法有效預測跆拳選手的運動表現，此兩份量表與跆拳選手的運動表現之間未達顯著相關。結論：國內甲組跆拳選手的運動特質性心理堅韌力與賽前狀態焦慮之間並沒有太大的關連性存在，而運動特質性心理堅韌力與賽前狀態性焦慮這兩項因素，對於國內甲組跆拳選手的比賽勝率無法做出有效的預測。 Purpose: This research investigates how the performance of taekwondo athletes is related to their trait mental toughness and pre-competition state anxiety. It also examines if predictions of the athletes' performance can be made based on these two factors. Methods: The research participants were 67 athletes on the 2008 Olympic training team and those who represented the Chinese Taipei national team in the tryout of the World Taekwondo Championships (41 males and 26 females: age 19.97±1.66 years old; height 170.62±6.52 cm; weight 63.64±10.14 kg). One month before the competition, the participants took the test of "Trait Mental Toughness Inventory for Sport" and 30 minutes before the game the "Pre-Competition State Anxiety" was measured. The data were then processed with SPSS 10.0 using Pearson product-moment correlation and regression analyses with the significance α-level set at .05. Results: (1) among the "trait mental toughness" and "pre-competition state anxiety" inventories, only "positive effort" and "confidence" reached the significance level. (2) "trait mental toughness for sport" and "pre-competition state anxiety" inventories cannot effectively predict the performance of the taekwondo athletes because the correlation between the two inventories and the athletes' performance did not reach the significance level. Conclusions: The performance of the national level-A taekwondo athletes is not apparently related to their trait mental toughness for sport and pre-competition state anxiety. These two factors cannot effectively help predict the rates of winning.
