    摘要: 本文旨在了解托兒所保育員面對壓力之因應策略的現況,以及比較不同個人及家庭變項保育員在面對壓力之因應策略的差異性。本研究樣本取自中國文化大學推廣教育部建國本部、台中分部、高雄分部正在接受教保人員訓練之保育員,以自編「因應壓力策略量表」爲研究工具,共得有效樣本608人。本研究共得到下列幾個結論:1.在各因應策略中,保育員的平均得分以認知策略爲最高,其次是行爲策略,而以生理策略爲最低。2.不同年齡的托兒所保育員,在生理策略、行爲策略、認知策略和總因應策略均達到顯著性差異。3.不同學歷的托兒所保育員,在生理策略達到顯著性差異。4.不同服務年資的托兒所保育員,在行爲策略、認知策略達到顯著性差異。5.不同婚姻狀況的托兒所保育員,在生理策略、行爲策略、認知策略和總因應策略均達到顯著性差異。6.不同子女數的托兒所保育員,在生理策略、行爲策略、認知策略和總因應策略均達到顯著性差異。本文最後並根據研究結果對保育員提出下列的建議:拓展因應策略的層面,可利用生理策略來因應壓力,建議年輕、低學歷、未婚、無子女的保育員多多學習因應壓力之道。也建議社會局能多爲保育員開設因應壓力成長團體訓練。
    The purpose of this study is to know the current status of the coping strategies for day care workers and what are the differences between day care workers of different background variables in coping strategies. The samples for this study are derived from the day care workers who are now undergoing on-the-job training at Taipei Main Office, Taichung Branch and Kaohsiung Branch of the Extension Education Department of Chinese Culture University, with the self-made "coping strategies scale" as an instrument. A total of 608 effective samples have been received. The following conclusions have been reached in this study: 1. In respect to the average scores of the day care workers, cognitive strategy is the highest, behavioral strategy is the next, and physiological strategy is the lowest. 2. For the day care workers of different ages, there are statistically significant differences among cognitive, behavioral, physiological, and total coping strategies. 3. For the day care workers of different education level, there is a statistically significant difference in physiological strategy. 4. For the day care workers of different length of service, there are statistically significant differences between behavioral and cognitive strategy. 5. For the day care workers of different marital status, there are statistically significant differences among physiological, behavioral, cognitive, and total coping strategies. 6. For the day care workers of different number of children, there are statistically significant differences among physiological, behavioral, cognitive, and total coping strategies.
    Finally, recommendations regarding day care workers, family members, friends and colleagues are made in accordance with the conclusions drawn from this research.
