本研究之主要目的在於瞭解北高兩市電視烹飪節目觀眾的收視行爲之差異情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,以立意抽樣抽選台北市與高雄市電視烹飪節目的觀眾爲對象,北高兩市各發出500份問卷,台北市有效回收問卷480份,高雄市有效回收問卷414份,有效回收問卷共計894份。研究工具包括「個人背景資料調查表」及「收看行爲調查表」,研究所得資料經SPSS 10.0 for Windows統計套裝軟體處理,以描述性統計、卡方分析進行分析。研究結果發現北高兩市受試者在收看行爲上,其收看烹飪節目時間與收看頻率上並無顯著差異存在,而在收看一般電視時間、收看時段、喜歡的國家類型及喜歡的烹飪節目類型上則有顯著差異存在。
The main purpose of this research was to investigate the difference of viewing behavior of TV cooking show between Taipei and Kaohsiung. The research method of this study was questionnaire survey, and each 500 samples were selected by purposive sampling from Taipei and Kaohsiung city. There were 894 completed forms which 480 completed forms in Taipei and 414 completed forms in Kaohsiung. Tools of this research included "Individual Background Questionnaire" and "Viewing Behavior Questionnaire". SPSS 10.0 for windows was used to process the gathered data and analyzed with "descriptive statistics", "chi-square test". The survey conclusions described that there were no difference between "Viewing Behavior", "Viewing Time of TV Cooking Shows" and "Viewing Frequency". But had different between "Time of TV Watching", "Viewing Time Segment", "Country Type", and "Type of TV Cooking Show".
