| 摘要: | 本研究旨在探討基層員警的工作和家庭衝突、婚姻滿意度，個人背景變項在工作和家庭衝突及婚姻滿意度上之差異，個人背景變項對工作和家庭衝突與婚姻滿意度之預測，以及工作和家庭衝突對婚姻滿意度之影響。本研究採問卷調查法，以立意取樣法選取北高兩市25歲以上，已婚有子女之基層員警，共得有效樣本468份。研究工具包括：「工作和家庭衝突量表」、「婚姻滿意度量表」及「個人基本資料調查表」。統計方法包括：描述性統計、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、薛費事後比較、皮爾遜積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析及線性迴歸。本研究發現，基層員警雖面臨工作和家庭衝突，但仍滿意目前的婚姻生活。工作和家庭衝突方面，男警大於女警、外勤大於內勤、最小子女年齡在0至6歲的員警之工作和家庭衝突，大於子女年齡在13歲以上者。婚姻滿意度方面，46歲以上的員警婚姻滿意度較高，且女警高於男警，內勤高於外勤。「工作和家庭衝突」與「婚姻滿意度」呈顯著負相關。最小子女年齡在13歲以上以及男性員警，對「工作和家庭衝突」有4.1%預測力。46歲以上的員警以及男性對「婚姻滿意度」有3.9%的預測力。「工作和家庭衝突」對「婚姻滿意度」具有12.7%的預測力。
The purpose of this study is to understand rank-and-file officers' work and family conflict and marital satisfaction, the different impact of personal background variables on work and family conflict and marital satisfaction, the prediction of work and family conflict and marital satisfaction by personal background variables, and the influence of work and family conflict on marital satisfaction. The target population for this study is married rank-and-file officers having children, living in Taipei city or Kaohsiung city, and aged from 25 to 65. The survey is conducted by purposive sampling, and 468 usable queationnaires are retured. The instruments used in the study include "Work and Family Conflict Scale", "Marital Satisfaction Scale", and "Personal Background Questionnaire". Data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe method, Pearson product-moment correlation, simple linear regression, and stepwise multiple regression. Results show that the rank-and-file officers face work and family conflict, and their marital satisfaction is at mid-high level. Regarding work and family conflict of the rank-and-file officers, male police officers have more work and family conflict than females. Rank-and-file officers with youngest child aged from 0 to 6 have more work and family conflict than those with youngest child aged over 13. Rank-and-file officers who are in charge of field work have more work and family conflict than those who are in charge of office work. As for marital satisfaction of the rank-and-file officers, female police officers are more satisfied with marriage than males. Rank-and-file officers who are in charge of office work are more satisfied with marriage than those who are in charge of field work. Marital satisfaction of the rank-and-file officers aged over 46 is higher. For rank-and-file officers, work and family conflict is significantly negative related to marital satisfaction. The higher the work and family conflict, the lower the marital satisfaction. Male rank-and-file officers and those who with youngest child aged over 13 show 4.1% predictability on work and family conflict. The results show 3.9% predictability on marital satisfaction of male rank-and-file officers, and those aged over 46. For the rank-and-file officers, work and family conflict show 12.7% predictability on marital satisfaction. According to the results, recommendations for rank-and-file officers, police education, police agencies and subordinate branches, and further research are provided. |
