摘要: | 本研究之目的在瞭解溫度處理與塊菌接種對青剛櫟苗木生長(苗高與根頸直徑)之影響。青剛櫟苗木培育於五種不同日夜溫度處理組合(35/30℃、30/25℃、25/20℃、20/15℃與15/12℃)之人工氣候室內,塊菌接種源有台灣塊菌(Tuber formosanum)與夏塊菌(T. aestivum),而未接種塊菌之苗木作為對照組。結果顯示,經塊菌接種的青剛櫟苗木生長狀況皆比未接種之對照組爲佳;35/30℃日夜溫度組合促進青剛櫟苗木高生長與根頸直徑生長;塊菌處理與溫度處理對青剛櫟苗木生長有個自之生長模式。
The objective of this study was to understand the effects of day/night temperature and tuber inoculation on height growth and root collar diameter of Cyclobalanopsis glauca (Querst.) seedlings. All seedlings were raised in phytotron of five different day/night temperature combination (35/30℃, 30/25℃, 25/20℃, 20/15℃ and 15/12℃). Inoculation source used Tuber formosanum and T. aestivum. Seedlings without tuber inoculation were used as control. The results showed that height growth and root collar diameter of seedlings with tuber inoculation were better that those without tuber inoculation. Seedlings at 35/30℃ day/night temperature showed better height growth and root collar diameter. Different growth models were found among tuber treatment and day/night temperature. |
