    Abstract: 本研究主旨在探討職業成就與休閒行為間之關係,以及探討工作時間與年齡的不同是否會對職業成就與休閒行為之關係形成干擾。研究結果顯示,職業成就的不同在休閒行為參與上有顯著差異;工作時間的不同對職位成就與休閒行為之關係產生干擾,年齡的不同對薪資成就與休閒行為之關係形成干擾,薪資的不同對職位、工時與休閒行為之關係形成干擾,職位的不同對薪資、工時與休閒行為之關係形成干擾,工時的不同對職業成就與休閒行為之關係形成干擾。本研究結果將提供休閒事業之人員作為參考。
    The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between career success and leisure behavior, We also try to investigate whether the different working hours and ages will moderate the relationship between career success and leisure behavior. Results indicate significant variances of different career success on participation of leisure behavior. There are moderate effects of different working hours on the relationship between career success and leisure behavior, of different salaries on the relationship between working hours and leisure behavior, of different position on the relation ship among salaries, working hours and leisure behavior, and of different working hours on the relation ship between career success and leisure behavior These findings will be provided as the reference to the related leisure businesses.
