    摘要: 電子化金融的成長速度是顯而易見的,而這些改變都起因於資訊系統以及實體設備的快速成長,故本研究針對證券商電子交易平台「關鍵成功因素」進行探討。
    「關鍵成功因素」被許多過去的研究用作爲探討在導出令人滿意結果的因素並確保組織成功提升競爭力的重要因素。本研究所使用的準則以及準則之下的因素都是奠基於過去研究發現,並經由專家訪談篩選出合適的準則以及因素作爲研究的架構,本研究使用Shah et al. (2006)以及美國線上證券商評比Barron's的評估指標建立關鍵成功因素準則並結合外部顧客相關文獻的研究而形成論文主要架構,本研究將上述的準則及因素,利用網路分析程序法(ANP)檢測,最後得出的權重結果作爲證券商在電子交易平台上關鍵成功因素的排序依據。本研究的貢獻在於加強證券商在電子交易平台關鍵成功因素的研究,以研究所得出的結果給予證券商在建構或加強電子交易平台的參考依據,以利於證券商電子交易平台建構上能夠提升競爭優勢,由研究結果建議證券商在建置電子交易平台應該重視外部顧客感受,並且採取穩定的方法提升平台優勢,並且指出美國證券商以台灣證券商在建置平台上的不同。
    The rapid growth of electronic finance is apparent and is attributed to the rapid increase of information systems and physical equipments. Thus, this study aimed to discuss the key success factors of security brokers' electronic trading platform.
    In past researches, key success factors are treated as factors that introduce satisfying results, and important factors that ensure organizations can enhance competitiveness. Criteria and related factors in this study are based on past research findings. This study conducted expert interviews in order to screen appropriate criteria and factors for establishing the research framework. It further constructed the criteria for key success factors by referring to Shah et al. (2006), as well as Barron's index of American online brokers' ratings, and combined the literature of external customers to form the main research framework. Upon the above criteria and factors, this study obtained factor weights by ANP for criteria order of key success factors of security brokers' electronic trading platform. The contribution of this study intends to enhance studies of key success factors of security brokers' electronic trading platform. The results can serve as reference for brokers to construct or improve electronic trading platforms in order to increase competitiveness. According to the research results, it is suggested that when constructing electronic trading platforms, brokers should value external customers' feelings, and then adopt stable methods to strengthen platform advantages. The differences of platform construction between American and Taiwanese brokers are also discussed.
