本實驗主要的目的乃針對聚酯織物製備出一系列之染料分散熱轉移染料。所欲製備之染料可藉由一種重氮成分經重氮化反應後製成重氮液,再分別與七種不同之偶合成分經偶合反應後獲得。經純化後之染料再以氫核磁共振光譜、質譜等有機光譜與元素分析鑑定其結構。
The present work aims to investigate and develop a serious of Dye Diffusion Therm al Transfer (D2T2) dyes for the polyester fabric. These dyes were obtained by the coupling of diazotised 2-cyano-4-nitroanline with the other 7 coupling compounds. The resulting D2T2 azo-dyes were sub-jected to Mass, 1H-NMR and Element Analysis investigation.
