In this research, the polypropylene melt-blown nonwoven fabric is heated above the glass transition temperature point, and also set tension and high voltage static electricity at the surface of the nonwoven fabric. Then drop the temperature of the nonwoven fabric to the normal atmospheric temperature and evaluate the fiber of the effect of the static electrification and the external appearance. The results show that the static voltage of the surface of the polypropylene melt-blown nonwoven fabric be charged by the static electricity increased with the higher temperature, higher static voltage and higher take up tension, but decreased with higher take up speed. Otherwise, after all processes, the surface of the fiber will be melted or extended by the heat, and which will be struck by the corona discharge has hollows or holes.
