摘要: | 本研究主要係將聚丙烯(PP)紗以二氯乙烷進行預膨潤處理,再以過氧化二苯甲醯(BPO)當作化學起始劑,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)為單體行接枝共聚合反應,其中改變接枝溫度、時間、起始劑濃度與單體濃度等條件進行加工,最後再以鹽基性染料進行浸染。以探討PP紗經不同條件處理後之接枝率、物性(強力、回潮率)及染色性(K/S)之變化;除此,亦以SEM、FTIR、DSC進行表面觀察、官能基定性分析及熱性質分析。由實驗結果得知,PP紗經不同接枝條件處理後,其染色性、回潮率皆呈顯著提升,其中以接枝率接近10~15%時之效果最佳;另接枝後聚丙烯紗之強力有下降之現象。
In this study, the Polypropylene yarns were pretreated with Ethylene dichloride. The grafting of methacrylic acid onto Polypropylene yams by the aid of benzoyl peroxide as a chemical initiator have been investigated. The properties of the grafted fibers such as graft yield, breaking tenacity, moisture regain, dyeability, SEM, FTIR, and DSC. The results indicated that an Increase in temperature and monomer concentration were found to increase the graft yield. The dyeability and moisture regain increased and the breaking tenacity decreased with increasing graft yield. |
