    Title: 纖維型態對羅拉牽伸─氣流纖網強伸度之影響

    Abstract: 本實驗主要是研究不同細度、纖長及鬈曲度的聚酯、嫘縈、羊毛纖維分別以羅拉牽伸─氣流成網法製成纖網;經過針軋工程之後;其非織物之強伸度分佈情形。由於;此種氣流成網法較為特殊;並且纖維的排列會影響非織物本身縱、橫向強伸度。因此藉由非織物縱、橫向強伸度之測試來分析纖維型態對羅拉牽伸─氣流成網纖網強伸度分佈的情形。由實驗結果得知;在相同的基重下;聚酯、羊毛、嫘縈非織物之橫向強度都大於縱向強度;其縱/橫向強度比分別為:1:1.20~1:1.37;1:1.01~1:1.36及1:1.17~1:1.22;纖維細度越細者;則非織物強度越高。在伸度方面縱向伸度大於橫向伸度;其縱/橫向伸度比分別為:1.16:1~1.28:1;1.15:1~1.39:及1.09:1~1.12:1;纖維鬈曲性越高者;則非織物伸度越大。
    This paper is studying the effect of the fiber morphology on the strength and elongation of the nonwoven after needle punching. These nonwovens were made of PET, wool and rayon fibers with different fineness and crimp etc. The roller drafting – air laid is a special web formation, and the fiber arrangement will effect the strength and elongation of the nonwoven in the machine direction and cross direction. For understanding and analyzing the relationship between fiber morphology and physic property of nonwoven. We test and compare the strength and elongation of nonwoven in the machine direction and cross direction, respectively. The results show that the strength of PET, wool and rayon nonwoven fabric in the cross direction all are higher than their in the machine direction, and these strength ratio of MD/CD are laid on 1:1.20 ~ 1:1.37, 1:1.01 ~ 1:1.36 and 1:1.37 ~ 1:1.22, respectively. The finer fiber offers the nonwoven higher strength. In the elongation, these fibers have higher elongation in machine direction, and these elongation ratio of MD/CD are laid on 1.16:1 ~ 1.28:1,1.15:1 ~ 1.39:1 and 1.09:1 ~ 1.12:1,respectively. The higher crimp fiber offers the nowoven higher elongation.
