| 摘要: | 本實驗主要目的係以分散性染料紅色60號與藍色56號為核物質，聚乙烯醇為殼物質進行微膠囊相分離法包覆之研究。變化攪拌速度、氯化鈉、交聯劑戊二醛、催化劑鹽酸進行實驗，以探討包覆效果及對聚酯織物染色後耐水洗、耐昇華堅牢之影響做進一步的探討。
This study relates to the use of phase separation microcapsulation for C.I. Disperse Red 60 and Blue56. PVA can contribnte to wall material by various amounts of NaCl, HCl, and glutaldehyde under different stirring speed for encapsulation. Then, the washing and sublimation fastness testing have examined the role that the effects of microcapsulation on the PET fabric dyeing. |
