本實驗主要是探討PET/PE及PET/壓克力樹酯之軟硬板,並以環氧樹酯當板材之間之界面黏著劑,製成音箱板。試以改變心材之PE層數來探討音響效果之必要因子:剛性、振動、共振、及利用之間的關係推導音響效果之好壞。由實驗結果得知由於PE層數的增加,楊氏係數漸小,抗彎強度變差;PE層數的增加,使得阻尼值逐漸減少;PE層數的增加,使得共振效果有減緩和趨勢;阻尼值愈小,則音響效果愈差。
The objectives of this study are to canvass the affect of polyester/polyethylene and polyester/acrylic between the soft and hard board. The resin is to be the interfacant and to be the acoustic board. And we try to change the piece of to convass the factor of acoustic effect: young modulus vibration resonant and using the relation of them convass the acoustic effect. We can know with the result that the piece of PE increase, the young modulus decrease; the piece of PE increase, damping ration decrease; the piece of PE increase, the resonant result decrease; damping ration decrease, the acoustic effect is worst to worst.
