It was success to rise up the physics property of composite yarn obviously and protect carbon fiber against the destroyed by friction effect in the way increase the holding force without twisting to make carbon fiber/nylon6 composite together by Rotor Twister. Using the unitary axis carbon fiber wave the fabric by rapid loom, and get heat press after pile them up by sewing in Kevlar yam of different density. To study in the effect of the structure of carbon fiber in fluid mobility of melting Nylon 6 by electrical resistance measurement to measure the volume resistance.
