Abstract:	本文係依據符號學與服飾符碼理論，應用於排灣族服飾編碼管理，首先進行排灣族服飾特色與編碼關係研究，以及研究排灣族服飾在各變項中之各層系統選項，再應用統計區別分析方法計算出足以代表分類與管理之變項，建立出完整之排灣族服飾編碼系統，應用於排灣族服飾博物館藏管理，將降低管理成本與提供使於搜尋研究管理之用。 This study is to research for Paiwan costume encoding management applying semiology and costume icon theory. At the first of this researching, we study what are the special item of Paiwan costume and the relationship of encoding. Then use discriminate analysis to find out the major variant that can to stand for the classifying and management. Establishing each level systemized item, and build up a completely Paiwan costume encoding system to apply in the management of Paiwan costume museum. This will decrease the management cost and support the costume museum information analysis for researching.
