Abstract:	使用固色劑和柔軟劑對直接染料染色棉紡織物進行一浴法固色和柔軟整理,重點研究了固色劑、直接染料、柔軟劑以及固色和柔軟整理溫度對織物固色和柔軟整理後的染色表面深度、固色率、皂洗牢度、摩擦牢度以及手感的影響,並且比較了一浴法和二浴法加工織物的性能。 Simultaneous fixing and softening of direct dyeing cotton fabrics with fixative and silicon softener were investigated by using the exhaust process﹒Some factors effecting the process, such as fixatives, softener, direct dyes and exhaust temperature were discussed. The dyed and finished fabrics were evaluated with respect to color depth, fixation, fastness properties and hand feeling. Moreover, a comparison between one bath process and two bath process was made.
