Abstract:	本實驗主要目的係以幾丁聚醣與聚乙二醇為殼物質，進行微膠囊相分離法包覆之研究。變化濃度、攪拌速度、界面活性劑、交聯劑戊二醛進行實驗，以探討其成膜合適條件及包覆可行性。 This study relates to the use of phase separation Microcapsulation for Chitosan and its mixture with the Polyethlene glycol.Chitosan and its mixture with the Poly-ethylene glycol can contribnte to wall material by variouss amounts o ratios,tween#80,NP-40,and glutaraldehyde under different stirring speed for encapsulation .Then,to find the compatibility conditions for chitosan/polyethylene glycol film and the feasi-bility of microcapsulation for chitosan /polyethylene glycol.
