    Abstract: 本研究是以Nomes短纖,添加於PU樹脂裡,再塗佈於Nylon基布上,以探討Nomex短纖的添加對透濕防水織物特性的影響,實驗條件包括Nomex短纖添加量、Nomex短纖的長度、PU樹脂塗佈的厚度等。結果顯示,Nomex短纖的添加對Nylon纖物之耐磨耗、耐黃變及磨擦係數均有提高現象,然而對耐水壓及透濕性則有些下降之趨勢。

    The present work aims to investigate the characters of the Nomex pile in polyurethane resin of breathable nylon fabrics. The conditions of our experiments, such as the mass of Nomes, the length of Nomes and the thick of PU film were studied. The results show that these Nomex Piles would increase the anti-abrasion, anti-yellowing and the friction coefficient properties of the breathable nylon fabrics. But the breathable and waterproof properties of the breathable nylon fabrics cannot improve.
