    摘要: 民國五十七年我國在台北舉辦第1屆全國技能競賽,女裝即是最早的十四個競賽職類之一,民國六十二年在西德慕尼黑市舉辦第21屆國際技能競賽,我國首度派代表參加女裝職類競賽,直至民國九十年止,女裝職類競賽共舉辦全國技能競賽有31屆次,透過全國技能競賽選拔選手參加國際技能競賽有十六屆次。同時對培育青年的正確職業觀念,提升女裝技能水準、推動產業升級都具深遠的意義,技能發展具有心理學、社會學、教育學也經由研究發現,獲得優勝的個案女裝選手,在技能的學習過程不僅有明確的目標,而且具有強烈的企圖心;師長的勉勵、關懷,充足的設備和互相觀摩學習的學習環境,也是影響其學好技能的重要因素。而長時間地反覆訓練,造就了優勝個案精進的技術,足見練習的次數的多寡及練習時間的長短亦是影響技能學習的重要關鍵。

    Taiwan held its first Nation Vocational Training Competition (NTVC) in 1968, in which ladies dressmaking trade was among its earliest l4competing categories. In 1973, the 21 annual International Vocational Training Competition (IVTC) was held in Munich WEST Germany, Spain, and Taiwan had the first time its representatives of ladies dressmaking trade vying in it. By the time of 2001, the contest in this trade in NVTC had accommodated for 31 times, of which for times there were national representatives, who had been chosen from the NVTC winners, and sent to contend. In total, within these 16 times of sheet metal trade contest in IVTC, Taiwan had won six gold metals, four silver metal, three bronze and three excellent ward, with an excellent metal attainment rate of 100%. By means of NVTC and IVTC, Taiwan therefore: had a better understanding about the effect of its vocational training and education and the level of ladies dressmaking skills nationwide as well as worldwide; And meantime had a far-reaching outcome in cultivating occupational concept among young generation, in enhancing ladies dressmaking skills, and in upgrading industry. After conducting the research procedures, the conclusions of the research were as follows: The outstanding students in this study possessed such personality traits as being carefully, being tolerant, and being determined. They also have fixed goal, strong motivations as well as initiatives. The environmental factors such as the trainers' or teacher' attitudes, the peer' cross influential settings, and the sufficient equipment decided successful skill development. The more practices there were, the better the performance was resulted. The achievement of mechanical drawing had successfully interpreted the achievement of professional skill acquisition in many sampling schools.
