摘要: | 隨著生活水準的提高,衣著的舒適性已成為人們在選擇衣服時的主要條件之一。本實驗以透氣性為出發點,討論掛針位置變化對透氣性的影響。實驗結果得知影響針織物透氣性的因素中材料與組織為主因,掛針點越集中對透氣度的影響越大;紗線纖維根數越高,纖維表面積越大,所能覆蓋的區域越高,透氣性則越差。針織物透氣性的改變除了藉由組織的變化外,尚可藉由附加額外的材料來控制,但需個別喂入織機中進行織造。彈性針織物的透氣性會因彈性絲對織物所造成的回縮而改變,但因組織回縮是有極限的,因此彈性絲的延伸倍率不同,所造成的趨勢卻一樣。
As the economy develops, the living conditions of the people have been improved accordingly. The starting point is air permeability. We discuss the influence of the position of tuck on the air permeability of knitted fabrics. The result shows that the major causes are materials and structures. The air permeability increased with the centering of tuck point. The more the filament of yam has, the more the surface area is. But the more the region of covering is, the less the air permeability is. We can control the air permeability by choosing the materials and structures. The air permeability of the elastic knitted fabrics was changed with the shrinkage of weaving. The trend resulted from the changing of drawing ratio was same, because the shrinkage of the structure was limited. |
