    Abstract: 隔熱材料在住宅、建築物、冷藏庫和工業的發展上都扮演極為重要的角色,本研究擬以田口實驗計畫法望小特性最佳化為目標尋找最佳製程條件。製品設計以高分子中空聚酯纖維為主體,混入PET低熔點纖維經過針軋與熱烘加固法製備不織布基布。並於兩片不織布基布間塗佈PU發泡層使形成三明治結構的PET/PU隔熱複合板材。藉以探討複合板材樣品的熱傳導性能,製程中變化參數分別為低熔點聚酯短纖維含量、針軋密度、中空聚酯纖維細度、PU發泡層厚度,經熱傳導試驗發現樣品之最佳製程條件為中空聚酯纖維細度15D,混入低熔點聚酯短纖含量50%,針軋密度300 needle/平方公分,與PET/PU複合隔熱材總厚度1cm。
    The thermal insulation is an important material in the development of residences, buildings, refrigeration and industry. In this study, the Taguchi method was used to obtain the optimal processing parameters. The PET hollow fiber was used to mix with the PET low melting point fiber to prepare the nonwoven fabric that was reinforced by needle punching and thermal roasting technology. The layer of PU foam was coated between two nonwoven fabrics to form the PET/PU sandwich board composites. In the preparing process, The weight ratio of PET low melting point fiber, needle punching density, liner-density of the PET hollow fiber and the thickness of PU foam layer were changed to evaluate the thermal conductivities of samples by Taguchi method to optimize the processing parameters. The optimal processing parameter are 15 D PET hollow fiber, 50% weight ratio of low melting point fiber, 300 needle/cm^2 needle punching density and 1 cm thickness of PET/PU sandwich board composite.
