Abstract:	Uster Evenness Tester為在紗廠的品質管制中,應用最普遍,而且也是最昂貴的試驗設備,其除做U%值的管制及評價外,更重要的是對製程機械設定,及零件缺陷的偵測上,常有快速,有效的訊息.但儘管如此,週期變異之判斷仍賴有經驗之專家,而問題缺陷也因試驗室,或現場主管沒有足夠之應用知識,而沒有理會甚至換錯零件.本文針對此點研究開發,將機械波傳動系統及工廠累積之經驗輸入, 由電腦來輔助分析機械波產生之原因,並顯示缺陷所在,取代專業的知識及經驗,不僅節省時間和人力,同時更使品質管制更為徹底有效,發揮機械之最高價值.
